BOth homes are in move in condition I have been swamped and cannot put attention to them due to time and cash flow shortage from other projects I am working on.<br /><br /><br />There is not much equity in properties but will make great rentals for portfolio.  The address of the properties are 131 Terrance Avenue Petersburg VA 23803 and 1437 Oakdale Avenue Petersburg Va 23803.  Open to any solutions in which I don't have to manage them or take on burden. 		<description><![CDATA[The next Richmond REIA meeting will tomorrow night (Thurs). It is our final meeting for 2009 and we invite every member to attend. The topic of this meeting will be 'member feedback'. We want each member to have the ability to voice their desires for the 2010 meeting schedule. Let us know what you want! We had a great start at last month's meeting. Several members suggested some incredible ideas!<br /><br />Would you like to see more national speakers at RREIA in 2010? Is it additional networking that you desire? Or would you rather see a higher concentration on education and training? Speak your peace!
