I have two properties in Petersburg one is vacant and the other is with a long tenant lost his job. BOth homes are in move in condition I have been swamped and cannot put attention to them due to time and cash flow shortage from other projects I am working on.


There is not much equity in properties but will make great rentals for portfolio.
